We Help Small Business Owners Do Good In The World

When Chris McDonald of Big Sexy Racing
heard about the flooding in Louisiana he decided to help. He had a great reputation in the athletic community as a repeat Ironman champion, and he had a site built on AwareLabs. Those two ingredients as it turns out were essential in helping a small business have a big impact. Big Sexy Racing ended up raising over $2,600 in 48 hours for victims of the recent floods in Louisiana.
Chris's fan base and list of subscribers on his website was definitely a huge part of the success but just as important was the AwareLabs platform. It enabled Chris to first build up a fan base rapidly by cross promoting various aspects of his business all on one site. Then by providing a built in fundraising application AwareLabs gave Chris the means by which he could collect funds. Combined with the built in newsletter application, AwareLabs connected the fund raiser and his fans within a few mouse clicks.
Instead of burning calories and precious time setting up third party fundraising tools or assembling a newsletter template from scratch, Big Sexy Racing was able to construct the fundraising page and email it to all his subscribers in a few minutes. This level of rapid deployment from within AwareLabs removed all barriers and enabled Chris to raise the flood relief funds.
This is the kind of story that makes us work hard to make AwareLabs
remove more barriers for small business owners. We want to empower more people to do good by removing barriers.
